Refund Policy

Unused paperback journals in their original condition are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Contact Obscurify through the Contact page with your order number before sending a return. Please wait for our return instructions before mailing your item.

After an eligible return is received and approved, we refund the original payment method. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage and original shipping is not refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Printable bookmarks are digital products and are not normally refundable once delivered. If a file is faulty, missing or different from its description, contact us so we can help with a replacement or appropriate remedy.

If a book arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us promptly, ideally within 7 days, with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
